In what currency are the prices I see on the site?

At Bootsy Baby, all transactions are processed in USD currency only. A drop-down menu in the navigation bar allows you to automatically choose what kind of currency you want prices to convert from USD to your money.

I just placed an order; when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. However, please allow 4–7 days of production time for your order to be sent; the average shipping times are 10–25 days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after seven business days, please email us at info@bootsybaby.com.

I have entered an incorrect address; what do I do now?

If you have misspelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address is wrong, kindly notify us at info@bootsybaby.com. If the given address is incorrect, we can change it to the correct one within 24 hours if the shipping process hasn't already started. Unfortunately, if the item has begun processing, we may be unable to stop the delivery of the incorrect submission. Therefore, we will not be at fault if the customer has made a mistake. We will inform you once we receive the email with the correct address, and most of the time, we can correct the address within 24 hours of receiving the notification.

How long does shipping take?

Due to high demand, shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. However, the average shipping time is 10–25 business days.

I ordered multiple products but have not received all of my orders.

We ship from various suppliers to get the best products for you. Therefore, each product you order may come with a different tracking number. Ensure that your other items arrive simultaneously or soon after your order.

My item arrived damaged?

We do ship every item with extra padding. Our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment. If this happens to you, please get in touch with us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. Once received, we'll be happy to send out another one free of charge.

Is your website secure?

You bet we are! At Bootsy Baby.com, we use the latest security measures to protect your details from the landing page. For example, 256-bit SSL software is used to encrypt your credit or debit card information when placing an order with us, and this is the same level of encryption used by large banks to secure your data. In addition, all pages on Bootsy Baby.com, including our checkout and payment pages, are blocked. Secure web pages begin with "HTTPS://," and depending on the web browser you're using, a padlock symbol in the URL field or a key symbol in the bottom right-hand status bar will be shown.

Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide, ensuring that we provide you with the highest level of responsiveness. The time frame for order delivery is divided into four categories: processing time, order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch 24 hours after they are placed. The manufacturer and the post office process the orders, which takes 2–4 days. Shipping time refers to the time it takes to ship items from our warehouse to their destination. International delivery usually takes about 10–25 business days. US orders are shipped by USPS, a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 20 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Some circumstances are beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) and may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. Thus, we can't say when the package will come; the shipping company is in charge.

Will I receive a tracking number?

We provide tracking for every order, and tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers worldwide as our product research team spends the time sourcing quality yet affordable products. When you receive your tracking number, you can go to https://www.bootsybaby.com/apps/trackorder if you need help tracking your order.

Will I have to pay any customs fees?

We are confident that there will be no customs fees. However, we are not liable for customs fees or import duties. If any such costs are required, the buyer's responsibility is to pay the balance.

Where do my products ship from?

We ship from several warehouse suppliers, most frequently China, the US, the UK, Canada, and Australia, depending on the stock inventory and the customer's location.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Be aware that withdrawing your order after 24 hours may not be possible if the shipping or processing time has already begun. Please email our support team at info@bootsybaby.com, and we will let you know if the cancellation can be processed.
