Shipping Info

There's only one rule that we are excited to tell you: shipping is free.

We aim to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers worldwide every day, and we always make sure to give you the best service possible.

The delivery timeframe is divided into two segments:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and post office process the orders, which takes 2–4 days.
  • Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. International delivery usually takes about 15–25 business days: E-packet, a US Postal Service product, ships orders within the US. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination, but it can take longer from time to time.
  • Some circumstances are out of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) and may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the shipping company's responsibility.

Will a tracking number be issued?

  • We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Our product research team takes the time to find quality products that are also affordable so that each product may be shipped from a different fulfillment center around the world.
  • When you receive your tracking number, you can go here if you need help tracking your order.

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order with no penalty! If you want to cancel your order, you have to do so within 24 hours of making it. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel your order if the item has already shipped.

I have ordered multiple items but am still waiting to receive them.

We ship from various suppliers to get the best products for you. Therefore, each product you order may come with a different tracking number. You can be sure that your other items will arrive at the same time as your order or soon after.

I entered the wrong address!

  • If you need to correct your address, reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Please notify us immediately via email at info@bootsybaby.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

My item arrived damaged.

  • We do ship every item with extra padding. Even so, our customers say that the mail service breaks about 1 out of every 1000 items they send.
