International Shipping:

We do not control customs and are therefore not responsible for delays. However, tracking information will be made available to you as soon as it is known.

Shipping times are approximate:

(This excludes weekends and public holidays.)

a) In the United States, 15 to 25 business days (tracking system available).

b) International delivery time: 15 to 30 business days (trackable).

Delayed Delivery

In infrequent instances, packages may take longer than the expected time frame. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there are no tracking updates for more than 30-60 business days. We aren't usually the ones that ensure that your package gets there on time or that it doesn't get lost in the mail. If this happens, we ask for your understanding and patience. This may be especially true during the busier holiday seasons at the year's end (November to December), promotions, or other instances.

Processing time vs. Shipping time:

Please note that processing time (4-6 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 4-6 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics, and sent to the post office). After your order has been processed, our dispatch shipping company will pick up your package. An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website.

Processing Time:

In infrequent instances, it may take longer than the stated expected time frame, and processing time might take longer during busy times like holidays, promotions, or other examples. We do our best to deliver as fast as possible and seek your understanding and patience during such events.

Cancellation of Orders:

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing it. 

Be aware that canceling your order after 24 hours may not be possible if the shipping or processing time has already begun.

Unclaimed Orders

We are not responsible for any returned packages as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address. When you get the confirmation email, don't forget to email us at info@bootsybaby.com if you notice that the address is wrong or incomplete. We'll send you a new confirmation email with the correct information. Once we process the order, we cannot change the address and are not responsible for incorrect or insufficient addresses.

Fees for customs and duty:

Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Would you please check with your local customs agency regarding fees? Please keep in mind that customs agents may hold up the delivery of some packages from time to time.

Separate packages

An order may be split into different packages for the following reasons: Certain items may be back on demand. For regular shipping, the post office has weight restrictions. We work with various designers and warehouses to bring you the best selections at the best prices.

During the holidays

Our customers are important to us, and we strive to make you happy due to the high sales volume during October, November, and December. Shipping times may take longer than expected, but we guarantee that your goods will come and you will remain a loyal customer. Thank you.

My item arrived damaged.

We do ship every item with extra padding. Our customers say that if the mail service mistreats a product, about 1 in 1000 of them gets broken.
